By accessing Virgin Play Games you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. No Real-Money Wagering
Virgin Play Games is a social gameroom. Virtual chips have no monetary value. You cannot wager, win, or lose real money. Practice or success at this game does not imply future success at real-money gambling.
3. Account
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
- No automated play (bots, scripts, scrapers).
- No exploitation of bugs or unfair advantages.
- No harassment of other players.
- No commercial use without written permission.
5. Virtual Items
Chips and other virtual items are licensed, not owned. They are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash.
6. Termination
We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
7. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to EUR 50.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Berlin.
